'Other Arrangements' and 'Suitable Accommodation'

This sets out the framework and requirements to be taken into consideration when placing children looked after and care leavers aged 16 & 17 (and in certain circumstances care leavers aged 18 and over, i.e. where Together for Children Sunderland is commissioning and paying for the service/accommodation) in accommodation and/or placements that are not registered under the Care Standards Act 2000 and are therefore not inspected by Ofsted.
